Following a cabinet decision to merge several state agencies, Kampala Lord mayor Erias Lukwago has proposed reforms that, if passed, could see several positions at the Kampala Capital City Authority dissolved. Speaking at his office at the Mayor’s parlour Lukwago presented what he called 10 points of concern that include completely scrapping several positions within the authority.
